The Lub Dub 5K is a chance to support our local community, promote heart health, and show up for one another in a meaningful way. Every step taken is a step toward stronger connections, healthier lives, and a brighter future for those around us. The proceeds from the event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund to provide cardiac-related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center, the Pettis County community, and the Benton County community.

Whether you’re running, walking, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, you’re making a difference. Let’s keep showing what community really looks like!
