Our comprehensive services — including case management, in-home care, respite, emergency alert response, caregiver stabilization, Adult Protective Services state-mandated crisis response services — are essential core services for medically fragile seniors.
This support helps keep vulnerable older adults out of emergency rooms, helps keep their home environments safer, and helps prevent local EMS and Fire Rescue departments from being overwhelmed by non-emergency lift assists, wellness checks, caregiver collapse, and preventable crisis situations.
It is both our honor and our duty to perform these critical tasks for our community.
