We're so excited to share this new space with everyone, and with your help, we can keep it safe and looking great for years to come! 😊

👉 A few friendly reminders:

Please no ball cleats, bicycles, golf carts, dogs, skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters in the playscape area—especially on the safety surface.

Kindly use the designated entrances and exits and avoid climbing over fences or walking through the landscaping.

🚙 GOLF CART & UTV SAFETY REMINDER – Village of Sebewaing 🚙

Just a friendly reminder for anyone using golf carts, UTVs, side-by-sides, or recreational off-road vehicles within the Village of Sebewaing:

✅ Important Safety Guidelines:
• Operate only between ½ hour after sunrise and ½ hour before sunset — unless your vehicle has working headlamps and tail lamps.
• Do not drive on M-25 (state trunk line highway).
• Obey all stop signs, speed limits, and rules of the road.
• Always drive on the right side of the street.
• Be courteous to pedestrians and move over for cars/trucks which travel faster.
• Minimum driver age: 16 years
• Violations are considered misdemeanors

We’ve noticed some minor vandalism at the new playscape—specifically, names and markings written in chalk. While we understand that chalk might seem harmless, the playscape has not yet opened and is still being prepared for everyone to enjoy.

This space was built with care and community effort, and we’re asking everyone to help us keep it clean, safe, and ready for opening day.

Please remind kids and teens to respect the new equipment and space. We’re so close to the grand opening, and we can’t wait to share it with you all!

Gold Medal Roofing has an approved solicitation permit for the Village of Sebewaing. He will have a copy of the signed permit with him. The permit is valid through October 31, 2025.
