With King County’s homelessness crisis continuing to grow, what I have said for years remains clear: The hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars spent through the King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA) are not delivering meaningful results.
It is time for a new approach, and for King County to end its relationship with the KCRHA.
Survey results, released by the King County Regional Homelessness Authority, also show 64% of the homeless population lives outside of shelters.
