The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) provides rental assistance to eligible households experiencing housing instability.

Program Highlights:
• Eligible households may receive up to $2,000 per month in rental assistance
• Total assistance may not exceed 18 months or $36,000
• ERAP assistance is rental assistance only

What You Can Apply For:
• Past-due rent (arrears)
• Up to three months of future rent

Eligible Utilities Include:

• Water
• Home energy costs
• Internet, phone bill, and cable services
