Seattle CityClub In 1980, eight women got together to form Seattle CityClub. At the time, many civic organizations, such as Rotary International, were open to men only.

Seattle CityClub is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization improving the civic health of the Puget Sound region by providing programs that bridge politics, sectors and generations to inform and engage residents and community leaders. The founders of Seattle CityClub determined that their new organization would be open to all and would provide a nonpartisan forum for ideas and debate. Sinc
