Job Description
• Rack, cable, and inventory network and server equipment – the majority of the role
• Understand, learn, and apply diagnostic methods to troubleshoot data center equipment
• Physically assist in moving and racking equipment as directed for special projects
• Troubleshoot and repair server and network hardware such as hard drives, memory, network drives, etc.
• Perform equipment installs, decommissioning, and moves (servers, network appliances, etc.)
• Perform in-depth quality checks in all aspects of projects
• Maintain asset inventory in an automated computer system
• Create and update tickets in the ticketing system
• Un-rack and decommission equipment as necessary
• Consistently keep internal documentation up to date
• Possibility of onsite work/travel
• Work with other groups to identify areas to enhance uptime and reduce time to resolve problems
• Other tasks as required by management

Night Shift - 9:00pm to 5:30am (Shift Differential available)

• Learn different aspects to the finishing process, including inventory, line loading, wood/finish repair, and specialty finish processes
• Perform work in high production assembly line facility
• Operate woodworking machines, including saws and sanding machines
• Use hand tools to build, trim pieces or assemble products
• Sand products using a belt or orbital sanders

This is a temp-to-hire position with PTO accruing from your first day!
