📣 Heads up, White County! A new Arkansas law is changing how deeds are recorded starting August 5, 2025.
Under Act 752, anyone submitting a deed in person or by mail must now:
✔️ Be a grantor listed in the deed OR someone who signed on the grantor's behalf
✔️ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID (a copy if submitting by mail)
📬 Deeds without proper ID will be rejected.
Who’s exempt?
🔹 E-Recorded deeds
🔹 Attorneys,Real Estate Pros, Lenders, Title Agents, and Government Entities
