Exciting weekend ahead, Seabrook! After Saturday's 250th 5K Run/Walk, the festivities continue on Sunday, June 14, for Flag Day. Join us at the Seabrook American Legion for a Motorcycle Ride departing at 10AM and a Flag Ceremony at 2PM. Two days of fantastic events. Come help us kick off the celebration of America's 250th!

Next Saturday, June 13, join Seabrook Recreation Department & Community Center for the 250th 5K Run/Walk, starting at 8am at Seabrook Elementary School, followed by a cookout beginning at 11am at the Seabrook American Legion. Cheer on the runners and help us get this summer-long Celebration started!

Some piping plover nests on New Hampshire beaches now have a little extra protection 💛

These protective exclosures help keep some predators out while adult plovers continue incubating their eggs.

For a threatened shorebird nesting on busy beaches, every successful nest matters.

🗳️ Important voter info!

Tuesday, June 2, is the last day to change your party affiliation before the state primary election!

NH law requires that the Supervisors of the Checklist verify the voter checklist every year. **Any person on the checklist who has not voted in the past 5 years must re-register** (unless the voter registered after the last state general election). The Supervisors are sending notice letters to these voters at the addresses they provided when registering.

The Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a session for re-registering voters who have not voted since April 1, 2021, accepting applications for new voter registration, accepting requests for the correction of the checklist, and/or change of political party affiliation on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 7am-7:30pm, at the Town Clerk's Office.

Breeding season continues on NH's beaches. A few nests have been lost to predation but others have eggs and new breeding pairs are still forming.

Protected beach areas give these birds a chance. Help us protect them.

Reminder: All departments will be CLOSED, Monday, May 25, for Memorial Day. Monday’s rubbish will be picked up on Tuesday, May 26.

We hope you all join us Sunday morning at 9am for the Memorial Day parade! Please note that road closures will occur during this time.
