Congratulations to SFC Stamato for completing the Holistic Health and Fitness Integration Course (H2FI)

The Army Holistic Health and Fitness Integrator (H2FI) course is a comprehensive, two-phase program for NCOs and officers designed to train unit advisors on the Army's Physical Readiness Training (PRT) system and holistic health. It focuses on improving soldier readiness through five domains: physical, mental, sleep, nutrition, and spiritual, replacing the former Master Fitness Trainer course.
