On Friday, we were proud to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of the newly renovated Angel’s Attic Food and Clothing Pantry, made possible through the hard work and generosity of the Leadership Lackawanna Core Class of 2026, with additional support from a Lackawanna County Re-Invest Program grant that helped fund the cost of the new flooring.
Angel’s Attic serves hundreds of individuals and families each week, providing access to food, clothing, and essential items during times of need. Thanks to this partnership, the space has been transformed into a more welcoming, boutique style environment for the neighbors we serve.
The Leadership Lackawanna team worked incredibly hard to bring this project to life, helping renovate the pantry with new flooring, clothing racks, shelving, merchandising displays, and a refreshed waiting area with chairs, side tables, and décor.
We are so grateful to the Leadership Lackawanna Core Class of 2026 for investing their time, talents, and energy into a space that means so much to our clients, staff, and community. We are also grateful to Lackawanna County for its support through the Re-Invest Program, which helped make these important flooring upgrades possible.
Thank you to everyone who contributed, donated, volunteered, and supported this project. Your work will have a lasting impact on the families and individuals who walk through our doors.
