Some info about parking as Steamtown resumes (semi) normal operations
Steamtown NHS Big Boy Reunion:
Parking - June 17 - 30
Over the course of two days, Steamtown NHS had 47,000 amazing visitors come to the site for the reunion of Big Boys 4014 and 4012. Thank you to all who joined us for this historic event.
From June 17 through June 30, Steamtown will be returning to semi-normal operations. Steamtown's parking lot will reopen to the general public. Spaces are limited, and additional paid parking is available in the city of Scranton. Those parking in the city and pedestrians should enter the park via the mall at 300 Lackawanna Ave. and use the walking bridge from the food court to the park.
Timed entry tickets are still needed to enter the park. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.recreation.gov/ticket/10088803/ticket/10253716.
