Props to the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force and everyone involved in last night’s arrest of James Dylan King.

King was out on bond in a separate pending case at the time of this arrest. He now faces several new charges, including Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief, 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, along with multiple traffic-related charges.

A small piece of advice: if you’re already out on bond, adding a fresh set of charges is generally not the direction the court had in mind.

Good work by everyone involved.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
