It's Monday and time to debunk another myth. We have heard that Proposition 1 will affect property taxes but LB357 is a sales tax. Groceries and some other items are also exempt. Sales tax allows for all who shop in Scottsbluff, not just residents, to help fund the project.

It's Friday and time for more Frequently Asked Questions! We've received questions about whether the Aquatics Center will require a YMCA membership for use. The Aquatics Center will have a daily use rate and a seasonal or annual pass similar to that of the Westmoor Pool.
