Today, we celebrate the birthday of the United States Army and honor the soldiers who have defended our nation since 1775.

From the Revolutionary War to today's missions around the globe, generations of Army soldiers have answered the call with an unwavering commitment to duty.

To all who have worn the Army uniform: thank you for your service and sacrifice.

🎆 4th of July Celebration at Scotts Hill City Park! 🎆
​Mark your calendars! Come out and celebrate Independence Day with your friends, family, and neighbors right here at the park. We’ve got a fantastic evening lined up for everyone.

​🎵 Live Music: Kick things off with Jim Medlin playing live music starting at 5:00 PM! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to settle in for some great tunes.

🍔 Food & Drinks: No need to cook—food and water will be available on-site to keep everyone fed and cooled off.

🚀 The Main Event: The spectacular Fireworks Show begins at 8:30 PM

After an incredible turnout and community support last year, we’re excited to bring the event back and make it even bigger and better this year. We can’t wait to celebrate everything that makes Scotts Hill such a special place to call home.

✨ Important Dates
• Vendor Applications Open: July 1st
• Sponsorship Opportunities Available: Beginning at the end of June

We’re also looking for community members who would like to help make this event a success. If you consider yourself part of the community in Scotts Hill and are interested in volunteering during the planning process or event weekend, we’d love to hear from you!
