We have an Enrichment Resources Center where we empower, elevated and enhance knowledge on the community of Halifax County. Our purpose is domestic violence emergency sheltering and prevention, but we provide computer and nutrition classes for the community as well as seniors healthly check-up classes. We are located in Scotland Neck ,NC which is located in Halifax County. Halifax county is a und

erserved county within North Carolina. One of our goals is to help the at risk families located in Halifax County and surrounding areas by encouragment and empowerment into the community. Customer testimonials
Pastor Hargrove from radio station WYAL did just one computer class with our instructor and excelled with his lap top computer. Because Scotland Neck is a underserved area our computers classes are only $40.00 for 6 sessions. Nurition classes $5.00 per class
