🚨 We’re Back Home! 🚨

The Scotia Police Department is proud to announce that effective today, May 5, 2026, we have officially moved back into our newly renovated police station!

📍 4 North Ten Broeck Street, Scotia, NY

We’re excited to return to our home in the Village of Scotia and continue serving our community from our updated facility. These renovations allow us to better support our officers and enhance the services we provide to our residents.

The Cops for a Cause basketball game was an incredible event, with an outstanding turnout from our communities. The support shown for these three brave children and their families was truly something special.

It was great to see officers from multiple agencies come together, have some fun, and support such a meaningful cause. Events like this highlight the strong partnerships between departments and the shared commitment we all have to the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support, as well as those who helped organize and make the night a success. Your support truly makes a difference. 💙🏀

Law enforcement from across Schenectady and Saratoga Counties are looking to “fill the stands” with supporters for an upcoming basketball fundraiser. Officers will be going head-to-head in support of three local families whose children are currently battling cancer.

🏀 COPS FOR A CAUSE – COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER 💙

The Scotia PBA is proud to participate in Cops for a Cause, a special basketball fundraiser supporting three local children and families bravely fighting childhood cancer.

Four local law enforcement agencies will hit the court for a night of friendly competition — all for an incredible cause.

⏰ 7:00 PM

All donations from this event will go directly to help these local families:

• Sam Perkins – Scotia-Glenville (18)
• Ryann Dietrich – Scotia-Glenville (13)
• Charlie Barton – Burnt Hills (11)

Come out, cheer loud, and support these strong kids and their families. There will also be t-shirts and concessions available at the event.

Every dollar raised helps ease the burden these families face while focusing on what matters most- their children’s fight and recovery.
Let’s pack the gym and show these families how strong our community is!
