The birds are singing, the grass is greening, and the campground water is finally flowing.

That’s right—the water is now ON and ready for another season of camping adventures.

Tomorrow, Thursday April 23rd we will be installing boat docks! Please do not park any vehicles near the ramp area where our docks are stored at Mountain View. Thank you!!

Scofield is ice-free!!! As summer approaches, guests entering the park are reminded to come to a complete stop at the entrance gate and pay the required park fees either to the attendant or the self-pay stations. Additionally, boaters launching watercraft must complete the mandatory mussel-aware boater education online course, and operators of motorized vessels must enroll in the Utah Aquatic Invasive Species program and display a current-year AIS decal on their watercraft. Docks are available only at Mountain View for now.

Temperatures have been warm this week. The ice is still 10+ inches is most areas. The edges have started melting in some places. Please use caution and remeber, “No ice is safe ice!”
