It's yoga time tomorrow, June 2nd, at 11 AM! Come and connect with your children through story, music and movement to introduce yoga and mindfulness. Children will adore acting out stories via yoga poses and playing mindfulness games. Adults will learn techniques to use in their own homes to ease big emotions, sensory challenges and anxiety.
This drop-in, child-focused class is best suited for ages 2-6 and their caregiver, but all ages are welcome. Led by Kim Spires, Inspire Kids Yoga .
