Spring-Ford is partnering with the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) to lead a nationwide search for the next Superintendent of Schools. Your response to the Input Survey will help develop a leadership profile that will guide the selection of the next superintendent. This survey should take 10 minutes or less to complete. All responses must be submitted by November 3, 2025, and will be anonymous. The survey results will be presented to the Board and used to develop a comprehensive superintendent profile. Everyone agrees we must protect public education! Spring-Ford needs leaders like Michael Diaz to bring balance and fairness to the school board!

We can only move forward when everyone works together, it’s time to bring voices in, not shut them out.

Sunshine laws do require transparency. Part of transparency is making it easier to get answers to questions and concerns. As a school board member I would advocate for returning Q/A to the board.
