We are saddened to share the passing of long time member Edwin Stickles. Eddie had over 40 years of service with our department. His commitment to his community is an inspiration for us all. Our greatest sympathies go out to his friends and family in this tough time.

SCHUYLER LAKE Edwin Carl Stickles, age 80, of State Highway 28, passed peacefully on Tuesday February 3, 2026 in Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown. He had the comfort of his loving family by his side at the time of his passing. Eddie was born on May 17, 1945 in Cooperstown, a
