It's 1968 and the world is on fire. The Vietnam War is at its deadliest, protests rage across the globe, and in Bangkok, Thailand, a young American woman falls for a disillusioned GI and has her world turned upside down.

Join local author Daria Sommers in conversation with Marcia Bradley for a literary look at the experience of women who were drawn in and had their lives shaped by the experience of the Vietnam War.

Think mushrooms are just pizza toppings? Think again. 👀

Wild mushrooms are full of surprises:
🍄 Some glow in the dark
🍄 Fungi can communicate underground through massive “wood wide web” networks
🍄 Mushrooms come in every color imaginable — electric orange, deep purple, even blue
🍄 Certain mushrooms can release millions of spores every single hour

The forest floor is a lot more mysterious than it looks. 🌲✨
