Chief Merrill and Jr. Chief Easton (his son) stopped by today to receive a check from Beeman's Restaurant & Lounge, representing the generous donations they collected on behalf of ATVFC.

We are incredibly thankful for Beeman’s and the individuals of the community who donated. Every donation makes a huge difference and helps provide us with resources we need to continue to serve and protect our community. Thank you Beeman’s and everyone who donated! Your generosity is truly appreciated!

Tonight, our company was requested to respond to the Village of Waverly for a reported working fire. Our company responded with 12 personnel, and upon arrival, our members were assigned to assist with extinguishment and overhaul operations.

A huge thank-you to everyone who answered the call, worked together, and gave their time and effort to help. Your dedication, professionalism, and willingness to step up when our neighbors need us most truly make a difference.

We are incredibly proud of the men and women who continue to answer the call and represent our company with commitment and pride.

The officers and members of the Athens Township Fire Company would like to extend our sincere thanks to Beeman’s Restaurant for their generosity and support of our organization. We are incredibly grateful for their willingness to host a donation fundraiser to benefit our fire company.

Members of the Athens Township Fire Company had the pleasure of visiting the Discover the World Children’s Center on Tuesday for their Water Day festivities!

Chief Merrill and other members provided the children with a tour of the fire engine, played interactive games using forestry hose, and wrapped up the afternoon by helping everyone cool off with some water fun.

We would like to thank the staff at Discover the World Children’s Center for inviting us to be part of such a fun day. We enjoyed spending time with the kids and making memories with everyone involved!
