The Regular Board Meeting & Annual Meeting begins at 6:00 pm
This meeting includes regular business items as well as Examine and Settle Books for Previous Year, Board Member Service Recognition and Adjournment of the Retiring Board.

At 6:15 pm the Organizational Meeting & Board Work Session will take place with the Certification of Election Results and Oath of Office for Newly Elected Board Members. The Organization of the New Board will follow with the Election of 2025-26 Board President, the Election of 2025-26 Board Vice President, as well as the Establishment of Day and Time of Meetings.
