Congratulations to the 54 graduates from our Emerging Community Leaders program!

We had an outstanding group of young professionals committed to leadership development and giving back to their community.

Over the past several months, participants completed five leadership seminars, partnered with local nonprofit organizations, and collectively volunteered more than 830 hours in service to the community.

Thank you to the partner agencies that supported this year's program, the experts who led seminars, Heartland Coca-Cola, and to our hardworking graduates. We look forward to seeing their leadership continue to make a difference in the years ahead!

The diaper-changing competition brought out some fierce competitors, including Mayor Deborah Frank Feinen and Mayor Sam Hall! Challenger after challenger tried to knock Jason Rector, Deputy Chief of the City of Champaign Fire Department, from the top spot, but he blazed his way to victory. 🔥🔥🔥
