Georgia's Democratic Party of Chatham County The Democratic Party of Chatham County (DPCC) empowers the Chatham County Democratic Committee (CCDC). There are sixty-four members of the Committee.

tact between the Democratic Electorate and the State Democratic Party. DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF CHATHAM COUNTY
The Chatham County Democratic Committee administers the Democratic Party of Chatham County. All registered voters with residence in Chatham County completing a Democratic Party of Chatham County declaration shall, upon voter verification, be recognized as a member of the Democratic Party of Chatham County. Members of the Democratic Party of Chatham County shall advise the Chatham County Democratic Committee through their elected District representatives. Party members are the electorate for the Chatham County Democratic Committee.

Nikki Porcher has won the Democratic nomination for Georgia labor commissioner, defeating opponent Michelle “Michi” Sanchez.

Porcher in November will face Republican incumbent Bárbara Rivera Holmes, who secured the GOP nomination unopposed. Porcher is an Air Force veteran who founded the Atlanta-based nonprofit Buy From A Black Woman.
