We are searching for 15 y/o Lindi Aguilera who was last seen this morning around 6:30 in the 800 block of Quacco Road. Lindi does not have a history of running away or leaving home without permission. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police.

A road rage incident that involved a firearm, a pair of armed robbery suspects taken into custody, and a trespassing complaint that led to a drug arrest...it was a busy night for our A Watch.

🚨Chatham County Police Department officers were called to the area of Quacco and Ogeechee Road in reference to a report of a road rage incident where three victims say the suspect pulled a gun on them at the intersection. Our patrol officers quickly identified and located the suspect. Thirty-eight-year-old Shaun Patrick Peppel was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault. He was then transported and booked into the Chatham County Detention Center. (No one was injured in this case. But pointing a firearm at someone is considered aggravated assault in Georgia.)

🚨Around 6:45 last night, our officers responded to the 300 block of Bridgewater Drive for a report of an armed robbery. The victim told our officers that he had just been robbed at gunpoint. Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division responded. After gathering evidence and conducting interviews, two individuals were arrested. Twenty-one-year-old Keshon Emanuel Leggett and 21-year-old Chukyle Emanuel Robinson were both charged with Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm or Knife During the Commission of a Crime. Both were transported and booked into the Chatham County Detention Center.

🚨A Watch officers were also called to The Shoppes of Savannah on Gateway Blvd. for a trespassing complaint. During the course of the investigation by Chatham County Police Department patrol officers, they found one of the trespassing suspects to be in possession of a substance that tested positive for fentanyl. Thirty-six-year-old Isaac Williams was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule II. He was transported and booked into the Chatham County Detention Center.

The Chatham County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding nearly $100-thousand dollars’ worth of items stolen from a storage unit in September.

On September 1, 2025, Chatham County Police Department officers responded to the Extra Space Storage facility located at 330 Johnny Mercer Blvd. for a report of a burglary. A unit had been burglarized, and nearly $100-thousand dollars’ worth of art, musical instruments, and household items had been stolen. The stolen items included three paintings worth nearly $10-thousand dollars each. You see photos and descriptions of the paintings here.

In December 2025, Chatham County Police Department detectives arrested 31-year-old Hunter Dempsey and charged him in connection with this – and other – storage facility thefts. But detectives have been unable to locate all of the stolen items – including the paintings. Detectives are hopeful that someone may have information that will lead them to the stolen belongings.

🛥️We know some of you have been boating in our waters longer than you've been driving on our roads. But, for anyone who is new to the area -- or, is just discovering the joys of boating -- we want to pass along some very important safety information from the Chatham County Police Department Marine Patrol:

🛟Remember, anyone born after 1997 must pass the Georgia Boater Safety Course before they can operate any power vessel or personal watercraft in our state.

🛟There must be one life jacket per person on board your vessel, and children under 13 must wear them. We suggest bright colors so they are easily spotted in an emergency.

🛟It is unlawful to operate a boat if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

🛟Make sure your boat is up to date on its maintenance before you leave the dock.

🛟Have a float plan, and make sure someone on land knows where you're going, the route you plan to take, and when to expect you back.

🛟If you are boating at night, your vessel must be equipped with working lights.

🛟If you get into trouble or are lost, don't wait until it is getting dark to call for help. You're going to be much easier to find and rescue while we still have daylight on our side.

The Chatham County Police Department Marine Patrol will be out in full force this holiday weekend. We want everyone to be safe and have fun. But if you need us, we'll be ready!

Congratulations to our Sergeant Antonio Solomon on his graduation today from Columbus State University’s Command College!

Sgt. Solomon earned his Masters of Public Administration from the program established to educate professional law enforcement leaders in Georgia. As you can see, his family was on hand to celebrate this important academic and career milestone.

The Chatham County Police Department pays for our officers to attend the program as a way of investing in their futures. But this also pays off for the department and the people we serve by equipping our leaders with advanced academic knowledge that is put to practical use every day when they report for duty.

We appreciate Sgt. Solomon's dedication to juggling police work, family, and academics to achieve this goal. We're looking forward to his continued leadership in our department and hope you'll join us in congratulating him and his family!

The Chatham County Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened last night at a Georgetown apartment complex.

On Thursday, May 14, 2026, shortly after 9:30 p.m., Chatham County Police Department officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Prince Royal Lane for a report of a shooting. Officers located a 17-year-old male with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital.

Chatham County Police Department officers and detectives secured evidence at the scene and conducted interviews. No arrest has been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing and very active.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact police.

We’re searching for 17 y/o Delilah White. She’s 5’2”, 100 lbs. This is the third time she’s been reported as a runaway since 4/24/26. She’s possibly wearing black pants and a black shirt. Call police with information.
