Chatham County Voter Registration

The Board of Registrars meets the 4th Wed. of each month at 12 p.m. at our office. The term length is four years.

We register voters properly, update the county voter files daily, conduct absentee mail-out voting, absentee advance voting, and operate satellite advance voting sites. The Senior Judge of Superior Court of Chatham County appoints the Board of Registrars from a list of ten names submitted by the Grand Jury. Steps to View Your Sample Ballot:

1.Log in to the Secretary of State’s My Voter Page
2. Enter your first initial, last name, county, and date of birth.
3. Under your personal information, click “View My Sample Ballot.” Then select the sample ballot you would like to review.
4. To print your Sample Ballot, click “Open in New Tab,” and select “Print Ballot”. *This is not your official ballot. Any marks on this ballot will not count.

Newly Registered Voters:
If you recently registered in Georgia with a Registration Date after April 20, 2026, then you will only be able to vote on federal contests - US Senate and US House of Representatives (if applicable).
