At the Housing Authority of Savannah, we believe that exceptional service is measured by the difference we make in the lives of others. Today, we are proud to recognize FSS Coordinators Paprice Simmons and Rachel Wilson for exemplifying that commitment.

Recently, a local landlord took the time to personally visit our office and deliver handwritten notes expressing his gratitude for the assistance Paprice and Rachel provided in helping him resolve account issues. Thanks to their professionalism, patience, and dedication, he was able to get everything squared away and continue providing housing opportunities for our residents.

Paprice and Rachel consistently work behind the scenes to build positive relationships, solve problems, and support both our residents and community partners. Their efforts help strengthen the partnerships that are essential to expanding housing opportunities and promoting resident success.
