Carroll County Early Childhood Carroll county offers a wide range of early childhood outlets for children from birth to 5 years old and even expecting mothers!

Carroll county offers a wide range of early childhood resources. Throughout the county we have three different preschool locations for children ages 3-5 years old. We also have multiple parent educators from our Birth to Three (Parents as Teachers) program that will travel from town to town just to participate in activities and discussion with you and your growing family.

Right Steps Family Center/Early Step Preschool is hosting a FREE event for kids. Little Picasso Night! 5:30-6:30

Explore painting with slides, salad spinners, shaving cream, sugar paint and more!

For our littlest painters we will have mess free and taste friendly options.
