Exciting things happening in CTE for both high school and middle school students!

Sault Area Public Schools is thrilled to announce that multiple new middle school Career & Technical Education pathways will open at Sault Area Secondary School!

With over $1 million in support from the State of Michigan, combined with strong local investment, the vision championed by our Community Coalition is becoming a reality. We are creating opportunities for students to discover their talents and plan for their futures long before graduation.

By launching these programs for grades 6–8, students can explore their interests early, positioning them to take full advantage of advanced high school CTE courses, work‑based learning, and industry certifications.

This is a major step forward for student opportunity in the Sault.
