On May 5th, Officer Eric Ramthun was sworn in as the Saukville Police Department’s first Detective. Detective Ramthun has been with the department since 2009.

The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office is excited to host the 2026 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5–8 p.m. at Belgium Community Park in Belgium, WI!

National Night Out is a nationwide event that brings neighbors, law enforcement, first responders, civic groups, and local organizations together to build stronger, safer, more connected communities. We’re looking forward to an evening of fun, learning, and community spirit — and we hope to see 1,000+ attendees join us!
