Stearns County 12 DFL Connecting like-minded people within the DFL party locally. (Political-Non profit) We are the Western Stearns County Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

We proudly stand for traditional Minnesota values such as freedom, progress, economic opportunity for all working folks, small businesses and farms, education, accessible health care, and a sustainable future. We are proud of the DFL accomplishments over the last 2 years, which include:
•1.23 billion dollar budgetary surplus
•4.5% unemployment rate (vs. 6.1% US average)
•The first property tax cut

in a decade (aimed at the the Middle Class)
•Truly balancing the budget without any shady gimmicks
•Expanded Local Government Aid to help rural Minnesota towns get by
•All Day, Everyday Kindergarten
•Paying back the money Republicans confiscated from schools
•Freezing tuition to help students deal with education debt
•Cutting unemployment taxes for ALL employers in Minnesota
•Closing Corporate Tax Loopholes
•Established MNsure to help people get health insurance with the lowest rates in nation
•Eliminating sales taxes for counties
•Investments in infrastructure and education
•5th fastest growing state economy in the US
•8th best state for business
