VFW Post 2346 & Auxiliary Saugus Official Post Page: Established in 1954 and serving Saugus area Veterans of Foreign Wars from this location since 2010.

Our post is named for Staff Sergeant Arthur F. DeFranzo who was awarded a Medal of Honor for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life, above and beyond the call of duty, on June 10, 1944, near Vaubadon, France. The VFW stands with Camp Lejeune veterans and their families as they call on Congress to pass H.R. 4145, the Ensuring Justice for Camp Lejeune Victims Act of 2025. More than 408,000 claims have been filed by those exposed to toxic water, yet fewer than 1% have resulted in compensation. Veterans deserve accountability, action and the justice they were promised, and H.R. 4145 seeks to streamline the claims process, clarify congressional intent, and improve access to justice.

If you're in Washington, D.C., on June 3-4, join Camp Lejeune veterans and their families on Capitol Hill and help amplify the call for action.
