Sarcoxie Rural Fire Protection District is accepting bids for fence cleanout around the station. This will include cleaning all the brush and smaller trees from the perimeter fence at our station located at 1617 High st. Sarcoxie MO. This will include spraying fence line to make sure the stumps don't resprout.

Bids or questions can be sent via email to [email protected] or mailed to PO Box 11 Sarcoxie, MO 64862. All bids must be received July 10th.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for portions of the area until 10 PM tonight. Hail to the size of baseballs, wind gusts of 70 to 80 mph, and a few tornadoes are all possible.
