The Orange County Convention Center's 2.2MW rooftop installation is one of the largest in the state and at the 2026 Florida Solar & Storage Summit, we got to walk it!

Robin Rives, Utilities and Sustainability Manager at the Orange County Convention Center, and Nhan Pimentel of SolarEdge Technologies Inc. led the tour. Standing up there, looking out over panels as far as you could see, it was hard not to feel proud of what this industry builds.

Three speakers. Three vantage points. One very clear picture of where Florida solar is going.

Greg Burns of Greentech Renewables brought the installer perspective. Rohan Humphrey of Ohm Analytics brought the data and Ben Millar of Jinko Solar brought the supply chain view.

Together at the 2026 Florida Solar & Storage Summit, they painted a market outlook that was equal parts honest and optimistic — exactly what this industry needs right now.
