REDCOM REDCOM is a 911 emergency medical and fire dispatch center serving the citizens of Sonoma County.

REDCOM dispatches for 44 fire departments, 8 ambulance providers, 1 medical helicopter and 1 rescue helicopter. In addition to these agencies REDCOM collaborates with all local and state law enforcement to meet the needs of Sonoma County’s citizens.
