The Abandoned Children's Fund inspection team is in Naga City, Philippines today and were given entrance to visit a pediatric ICU ward that is specifically designated for abandoned children. This little boy is 2 days old and he has not been given a name yet. This ward has 2-4 abandoned children a month to nurse back to life. Heroic efforts from a nurse named Rheta Joy were heart warming to witness.
