We get a lot of questions on ....
✅ We’re still under construction, so stay patient!
✅ When there’s a need for mutual aid dispatchers, we pull from PSAPs within a specific, OES-designated region. Who we contact depends on the need for specific CAD systems, special skills, or commutable distances. Deploying dispatchers is at each agency’s discretion. Your involvement goes direction through your agency.
✅ Spread the word! Not all agencies know that they can obtain or supply mutual aid dispatchers through an OES request. Spread the word so they’re familiar with the request when/if they receive it!
