The to***co industry is engineering new ways to attract and addict the next generation of users.

Candy flavors. Sleek product design. Sports and music sponsorships. Influencer campaigns.

The to***co industry has a well-worn playbook to attract young users and evade stronger regulation.

This ***coDay, we urge strong action to stop an industry built on addicting the next generation. ***coExposed

New ni****ne products continue to raise concerns around addiction and long-term health impacts, especially among youth and young adults. Prevention and awareness matter as these products evolve and become more widespread.

Californians are fighting back against Big Ni****ne alongside a new, state-wide campaign that comes with a strong warning: a new generation of ni****ne products have hit the market before the long-term health effects have been studied.

Young adults don’t realize they’ve become a part of Big Ni****ne’s real-time experiment. The results are already showing up: lung damage, gum lesions, and rapid addiction.

Don’t let the industry addict another generation of young people.

World No To***co Day is a reminder of the importance of prevention, education, and reducing youth exposure to commercial to***co and ni****ne products.🚭

***coDay

Thank you to Senator Akilah Weber Pierson, M.D. for championing the California World No To***co Day Resolution and leading efforts to protect young people from harmful and addictive to***co products.

World No To***co Day is an important reminder that strong to***co control laws must be enacted and enforced to stop the to***co industry from addicting another generation of customers.
