We’re proud to partner with the Center for Mental Health Implementation Supports (CMHIS) on a five-part learning series focused on strengthening implementation skills for population-based care and fostering cultures of support and shared accountability across teams.

This month’s session is titled Beyond the Numbers: Data Storytelling for Continuous Quality Improvement is happening next week!

This session focuses on how organizations can move beyond reporting metrics to effectively communicate impact through data storytelling—supporting stronger decision-making and continuous quality improvement.

Participants will:
• Strengthen how they communicate impact through data
• Explore strategies for translating data into meaningful stories
• Apply CQI concepts to real-world organizational challenges
• Identify opportunities to use data to inform action and improvement

We’re proud to have this session facilitated by Kristi Silva, MA and Chidinma Ogojiaku, MPH, who will guide participants through practical tools and real-world application.
