Behold! The first release in our Out & Back Series of beers! 🎉

Annadel Trail Ale 🌲
5% / 20 IBUs
Hops: 100% Citra

We spend a lot of time enjoying local parks and trails and our entire brand is heavily influenced by the beauty of Sonoma County.

This love of the outdoors inspired us to craft a new series of low ABV beers to give back to the landscape that gives so much on a daily basis.

5% of Out & Back sales will be donated to associated organizations within each region and for the inaugural Annadel Trail Ale, we are partnering with the awesome folks at .

Highly sessionable, thoughtfully hopped, and for the first time ever — 12oz 6-packs!

As we explore future beers and regions of the county, let us know if there are any parks or organizations you would like us to highlight!

Annadel Trail Ale is available in cans and on draft today at our SOMO Pub, and we will be hosting a slew of groups including , , , and a fundraiser for .

Cheers! 🍻

Can you sssss-spot the rattlesnake in this image? 🐍

This photo is a perfect example of cryptic coloration. This snake’s dark scale pattern breaks up its outline, allowing it to "blend in" with the leaf litter and shadows of the forest floor.

It’s that time of year! Our slithery friends are leaving their dens to find food and sunny spots on the trail to warm up after a long winter. ☀

🐍Rattlesnakes aren't aggressive by nature and would much rather slip away unnoticed, but they are highly defensive and will protect themselves if they feel startled or cornered.

Here are a few ways you can be "Snake Safe" while out on the trails:
🥶Freeze & Retreat: Don't panic. Stop moving, locate the snake, and back away slowly.

📏The 6-Foot Rule: Keep at least two arm-lengths of space between you and the snake.

🖐️Hands Off: Never poke, move, or harass them. Most bites happen when people get too close or try to move the snake.

🤝Share the Trail: If it's blocking the path, wait. Give it a clear exit, and it will usually move on its own.

🐶Keep Pets & Kids Close: Keep kids and pets on the trail and right by your side.

🥾Watch Your Step: Stick to clear paths. "Look before you leap" over logs or rocks.

🚑 If a Bite Happens:
Call 911 immediately. Stay calm and stay put; let rescuers come to you.

-Keep it still: Keep the bite area immobilized and below heart level.

-DO NOT use ice, "venom kits," or attempt to cut the wound.

-Identify your spot: Know your trail name or GPS coordinates to help first responders find you fast.

🌷Spring is here, and so are the wildflowers! 🌷

Hillsides are waking up with color, pollinators are buzzing, and every trail has something new to discover.

Slow down, look closely, and let the season surprise you... like these Scarlet Fritillary flowers! 😍

As always, don't doom the bloom! Please leave the flowers for our forest friends and fellow humans to enjoy. 🐝
