North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual State of Black Business Summit was held to honor over 10 local small businesses in the community. These black-owned businesses have been in service for over 20 years. Last night the North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted its successful Annual State of Black Business Summit. It was an inspiring evening celebrating the strength, resilience, and success of Black entrepreneurship throughout our community.
This year, we were honored to recognize twelve outstanding Black-owned businesses that have been serving Sonoma County and the greater North Bay for 20 years or more.
These remarkable business owners have not only built successful and enduring businesses—they have helped pave the way for other Black entrepreneurs and professionals, strengthened our local economy, and made a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments, honor their longevity, and recognize the important legacy they continue to build throughout the North Bay.

Our signature event, the State of Black Business Summit, is tomorrow evening, Friday, August 21st, 2026, and we are excited to celebrate this special occasion with you!

This year’s Summit will bring together inspiring speakers, city and state leaders, community partners, entrepreneurs, and supporters from throughout the region. A very special highlight of the evening will be honoring 12 outstanding Black business owners—all members of the North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce—who have successfully been in business for more than 20 years.

Tomorrow is the day! The 2026 Multi-Chamber Business Showcase is happening Wednesday, August 19, from 4 PM to 7 PM at SOMO Village in Rohnert Park — and this is one you don't want to miss.

Join us at 1100 Valley House Drive (Outside Grassy Quad, next to the Event Center) for an evening of community, connection, and celebration. This event is FREE, open to the public, and families are welcome.
