We may be in different career paths and we may be miles apart, but we are still bound by our love for each other as former workmates and fellow Dinagatnons. Our term allowed many of us to grow and learn together in serving the province by being innovative, creative, and professional in delivering information to citizens. It has been an honor and privilege to serve Dinagat Islands for the past 3 years as we delivered relevant information through different media platforms as a means to engage citizens in the initiatives of the Provincial Government led by Governor Kaka Bag-ao.

Now, our term is at an end, and we are grateful for all your support. On behalf of the whole Provincial Information Office staff, I would like to express our thanks to everyone we worked with in fulfilling our mandate as the communications and media arm of the Provincial Government — our citizens, colleagues in the Capitol, civil society and people's organizations, local government offices and agencies, law enforcement, and many more.

This June 30, we — reporters, researchers, photographers, videographers, editors, producers, social media managers, radio technicians, graphic artists, and program anchors of the Provincial Information Office of 2019-2022 — leave with pride and gratitude in our hearts.

June 27-28, 2022 -- In-Patient Therapeutic Care Orientation/Re-echo was attended by 25 hospital staff -- 10 from Albor District Hospital (ADH), 12 from Dinagat District Hospital (DDH) and 3 from Loreto District Hospital (LDH), composed of doctors, dietitians, nurses, midwives, nursing attendants, and administrative aide. The orientation aims to equip hospital staff on the management of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) with medical complications. This is in line with the establishment of In-Patient Therapeutic Care (ITC) Centers in the three district hospitals.

[The Australian Embassy recently sent a delegation to Dinagat Islands to visit several recovery and rehabilitation initiatives funded by Australian Aid and carried out through different international organizations with the Provincial Government. PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE / BASILISA FIELD HEALTH FACILITY ADVISORY

Magpahigayon ang Davao Regional Medical Center og surgical mission sa Basilisa Field Hospital karong 27 June 2022 alang sa hernia, cataract, ug pterygium. Mag-cater sila og 10 ka kaso sa danlak o giboto ug 20 hangtud 30 ka kaso sa ophtha.

June 27 sa buntag ang screening, ug pagka hapon sa susama nga adlaw ang surgery. Follow-up sa June 28 kung gikinahanglan.

Tungod kay limitado ang pasyente nga maoperahan sa team, palihog magpa pre-list sa inyong RHU! Duha ka kaso sa danlak o giboto ug 5 ka kaso sa cataract / pterygium matag munisipyo ang ma-operahan nila.

Alang sa mga pangutana palihog pagkontak sa inyong RHU.

Provincial Information Officer Mamshie Jeff Crisostomo received a certificate of commendation on behalf of Governor Kaka Bag-ao from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Dinagat Islands in celebration of Environment Month and its 35th anniversary.

Gov. Kaka was recognized as a partner of the DENR - Dinagat Islands in the implementation of environmental laws in the province. When Gov. Kaka was Congresswoman of the Lone District of Dinagat Islands, she and the DENR of the province initiated several initiatives such as the Dinagat Islands Conservation Program. As Governor, she continued collaboration with DENR through various programs under the vision of the Provincial Government, which is "Kalikasang Buhay, Buhay na Pantay." Their efforts did not only seek to protect the environment, but also aspired to involve Dinagatnon communities in advocating for sustainability and conservation.

Mamshie Jeff received the certificate from Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer Agapito Patubo, Administrative Services Chief Rachel Sapid, and Technical Services Chief Geoffrey Padullon of DENR - Dinagat Islands.
