This week, the 515th RTI welcomed Class 005-26. Soldiers met their facilitators, begun classes, and tackled Drill and Ceremony and the Army Fitness Test (AFT.)

Next week they will be challenged with their Physical Readiness assessment and continue to grow as NCOs 🪖

This cycle, the 515th RTI welcomed Class 004-26! Over the last 22 days they were tested in Physical Readiness Training, Land Navigation, and Drill and Ceremony. All in preparation to become better leaders and members of the NCO Corp.

Tomorrow, 004-26 graduates and will return to their units smarter, better prepared, and ready to lead 💪🏼🪖

Today, Class 003-26 was evaluated on Conduct Individual Training (CIT) 🪖💪

Students learn how to effectively deliver training, enforce standards, and build confident, competent teams. CIT reinforces the NCO’s role as the backbone of the Army. Setting the example, developing Soldiers, and ensuring readiness for any mission. 🇺🇸

Class 003-26 is getting it done 💪🏼
Beyond physical training and drill and ceremony, Soldiers are sharpening their team-building and critical thinking skills. Facilitators challenge students through hands-on practical exercises and realistic Operational Environment scenarios.

Teamwork is the backbone of the Army and NCOs are the ones who make it work. 🪖🇺🇸
