Asking for help is not weakness. Talking about what you're going through is not weakness. Real friendships and relationships are built on honesty and that takes courage. It might not always be easy but it’s worth it. It starts with us.

💪 Strength isn't about always being in control or staying silent. Real strength is about showing up with compassion and respect for others and for ourselves, even when it’s not easy. Together we can redefine what strength looks like so we can build safer, healthier communities.

Today is ! Denim Day is a global reminder that clothing is never an excuse for sexual violence. Today, people around the world wear denim to challenge harmful myths and attitudes that place responsibility on survivors instead of those who cause harm.

It’s also a moment to stand with survivors and remind them that we believe them.

Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected, no matter who they are, where they are, or what they’re wearing.

Wearing denim today? Share a photo and help keep the conversation going 👖

🍀 Luck might help you find a four-leaf clover, but it should never decide how we treat each other. Consent means asking first and listening to the answer every time. Don’t push your luck. Respecting someone’s space always starts with asking first.
