I also know peppermint is good for treating headaches especially migraines and nausea... so REAL peppermint has a variety of stress related treatment properties. Maybe we all need to keep sugarfree peppermints on our desks & in our cars when people stress us out we can pass them out for the other party also!

The smell of cinnamon or peppermint might take the edge off road rage during your next traffic jam.

dang i have so many things... prioritizing into categories then prioritizing within... smooth sailing sounds good on a snow day... earning a nap sounds like a good reward (+cocoa and snuggling with Cleo the Cat & Daisy the Dog)...

Toastmasters does I Love Lucy Contest (unknown US club) Lucy tries to steall the contest & when the TM comes to take the podium she storms of stage in a huff w/Ethel to consol her, hilarious--wish we could do something similar in D23 especially NNM in a VERY public location as a marketing tool between now & 6/30/2012--hint hint!
