🎶🌍 First Friday Presents: Jessica Fichot 🌍🎶

Step into an enchanting evening where Parisian charm meets the vibrant sounds of Shanghai. Join us at the Santa Fe Springs City Library for a special First Friday performance featuring acclaimed American singer-songwriter Jessica Fichot.

In celebration of the Lunar New Year, multilingual chanteuse, songwriter, and accordionist Jessica Fichot brings to life the swing-era sounds of her mother’s hometown, Shanghai. Accompanied by her band, she will perform classic jazz tunes in Mandarin Chinese, iconic French and multilingual songs, Mandopop favorites, and festive Chinese New Year classics.
Featuring Michael Papillo on upright bass, Tom Moose on guitar, and special guest Annie Zhou on guzheng (Chinese zither).

Drawing from her French, Chinese, and American roots, Jessica creates a rich, globe-spanning musical experience that transports audiences across cultures and continents—no passport required. Her captivating performance blends storytelling, melody, and world influences into a truly unforgettable night. Plus, come say hello and meet a Chinese lion up close!
