With comprehensive support—including career counseling, job placement assistance, employment readiness workshops, and access to hiring events—Bryan stayed committed to his goals and put in the work. That dedication paid off! 👏

Today, Bryan has secured a full-time position as a Program Aide for the Youth Program at Rio Hondo AJCC, where he now supports other young people as they navigate their own career pathways—bringing his journey full circle.
