📈 We will be joined by an Advisor from the Small Business Development Center () as well as staff from our Planning Department (Questions about financing or business readiness? Maybe you’re wondering how much it would cost to permit your dream business? Bring it!)

Located at 902 Pacific Avenue in downtown Santa Cruz, Pacific Station North Apartments will be a 128-unit community with a mix of studio, 1-BR, 2-BR, and 3-BR apartments for individuals and families. 32 units will be set aside for extremely low-income households, with 21 units targeted for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and 11 homes available for families in the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz’s Family Unification Program. The remaining units will be restricted to individuals and families earning less than 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income for Santa Cruz County.

moved into it’s first storefront at 1306 Pacific, in the heart of our Downtown about six months ago. The demand for it’s product, used outdoor gear, has been so high, their lease was renewed for another six months. Talk about a success story!

Andrew and Nate’s ability to bring their business idea to life was made possible by our Downtown Pops! Program, a Covid-era program, that lowers the barriers to entry for business looking to open a brick and mortar space. They join a handful of businesses in Santa Cruz that have used the program as a launchpad for their business. Could yours be next?
